Controller

Dubbink Domains (KVK 42183315), Kleen-Esch 33, 7645 BL Hoge Hexel, the Netherlands, is responsible for personal data handled in connection with PFASMarket.com. Contact: info@pfasmarket.com

Email and company submissions

If you contact PFAS Market or submit a company profile, we process the sender details, company information and correspondence to assess requests, provide answers, handle corrections and administer agreed commercial listings. Processing is based on legitimate interests for relevant business contact and editorial review, or pre-contractual and contractual necessity where a service is requested. The company-submission, project-submission and general contact forms send the data you enter (such as name, business email, message and enquiry category, company or project name, website, country or location, organisation, requested listing type, PFAS capabilities or project scope and supporting sources) to Formspree, our form-processing provider, so we can review your enquiry and respond. Formspree processes and stores submissions as a service provider and may send notification emails to our business mailbox hosted by Hostinger. We do not use these form submissions to subscribe you to promotional mailings. For direct email correspondence, the sender and recipient email providers process the messages for delivery. You may alternatively contact info@pfasmarket.com without using the form.

PFAS LeadRadar opt-in email alerts (pilot)

Where activated, the voluntary PFAS LeadRadar pilot uses a separate registration form with email confirmation. We record the email address, selected US states and categories, sign-up and confirmation timestamps, consent policy version and delivery status in Cloudflare D1 to send requested relevant weekly research alerts. We use Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce automated abuse and Resend as an outbound email delivery service. We do not add company-directory, contact-form, or outreach contacts to this list without separate permission. The lawful basis for the requested email alerts is consent, which you may withdraw through the unsubscribe link in every briefing. You can change your preferences using the private link in the email or contact us. Pending unconfirmed email records are normally cleared after 30 days; basic records of unsubscribe requests may be retained as necessary to respect the opt-out. Temporary pseudonymous abuse-control identifiers are regularly purged. Emails only send when new matching notices are available. No paid subscription is created by registering. The pilot may be paused and has no guaranteed content volume. We do not sell newsletter subscriber data. Our email service and Cloudflare may process data outside the EEA under their applicable contractual safeguards; assess provider data processing terms for the services you enable.

Retention and rights

We retain correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed for handling the request, the business relationship and applicable accounting or legal obligations. You may request access, rectification, deletion or other applicable GDPR rights via info@pfasmarket.com. You may complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).

Infrastructure

The website uses Cloudflare infrastructure for DNS, security and content delivery; Hostinger for business email hosting; and Formspree to process company-directory, project and general contact form submissions. These providers may process technical, message-delivery and submission data needed for those services. Formspree states it uses US-hosted infrastructure and relies on Standard Contractual Clauses for relevant international data transfers. Please see Formspree security information. We review submissions in the Formspree dashboard and business mailbox and delete or anonymise them when no longer needed, subject to legal record-keeping obligations.

Analytics and advertising

This package does not include a third-party analytics or advertising script. If those services are introduced, this policy should be updated.

Published directory information

Company listings may contain publicly available professional information, company names and public business websites. Individual personal contact details are not added to public listings by default without a separate lawful-basis assessment. Contact us if information is inaccurate or if you want it reviewed or removed.

Storage limits and regular review

Enquiry and correction correspondence is reviewed and removed or anonymised when no longer necessary for the request or the related business relationship. Business agreements, invoices and related records are kept for the period required by applicable tax and bookkeeping legislation, generally seven years under Dutch tax administration rules. Where a dispute or legal obligation requires longer retention, the applicable necessity is assessed.

Legal bases and your choices

Relevant one-to-one business correspondence and factual editorial corrections are normally handled for legitimate interests; enquiries about a potential paid listing may be necessary to take pre-contractual steps; agreed profile delivery is handled as a contract; mandatory bookkeeping is handled under legal obligation. If we rely on legitimate interests, you can object in the circumstances provided by law. We do not treat a company submission as consent to receive unrelated marketing emails.

Cookies and technical access logs

This published website package does not include third-party advertising pixels or an optional analytics tracking script. Cloudflare may process technical traffic and security information required to operate and protect the website, and service providers may set strictly necessary technical cookies. We will reassess consent requirements before adding tracking, advertising or non-essential analytics technologies.

International processing

Technical infrastructure and email providers may process information in more than one country. Their applicable data processing terms and international transfer safeguards must be checked against the services actually enabled. We do not claim that every transfer remains exclusively within the European Economic Area.

How to exercise your rights

For access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, portability where applicable, or questions about our processing, email info@pfasmarket.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
